Why isn't my tracking number working?
There are a few reasons why tracking might not work:
  • The package hasn't been scanned into the system yet (wait 24 hours after shipping)
  • There's a typo in the tracking number
  • The tracking number format isn't recognized
  • The carrier's system is temporarily unavailable
Try entering the tracking number directly on the carrier's website to verify.

We pull tracking information directly from carrier systems in real-time. Updates appear as soon as the carrier scans your package. Most packages are scanned at each facility, but there may be gaps during transit between facilities.
